On April 3rd, 2021 we held a health fair at a carwash on Lockwood Street in Houston, TX. We saw patients with uncontrolled chronic health conditions who did not have access to primary care services on a regular basis. In addition to providing them with education on their chronic disease state management, we also provided them with KN95 masks and a free primary care appointment at our clinic for those who needed it. We look forward to serving the community again.
