Standard Health Panel (SHP)
Complete blood count, kidney function, liver function, lipids, diabetes, and thyroid function.
Comprehensive Health Panel (CHP)
Blood count, kidney function, liver function, lipids, diabetes, in-depth thyroid, and iron levels for anemia.
STD Panel
Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV, Syphilis Titer, and Herpes Simplex Virus 2.
Respiratory Panel (RESP)
Tests for COVID-19, Flu A & B, and Strep A. Results within minutes — leave the clinic with treatment in hand.
Thyroid Panel
Measures thyroid function via TSH. High TSH suggests hypothyroidism; low TSH suggests hyperthyroidism.
Menopausal Panel (FSH/LH)
Evaluates fertility, pituitary function, and reproductive-organ health via LH and FSH levels.
Vitamin Panel
Tests for deficiencies in Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Folate (Vitamin B9).
Pap Smear
ThinPrep pap smear with reflex HPV testing.

We've kept the model simple — book, be seen, walk out with a plan. Most patients are in and out in under an hour.

Lab draws are usually same-day Mon–Sat. Some panels require fasting — we'll let you know when you book.
Show up
Bring your ID, method of payment, and provider order or panel choice if you have one. Insurance card if applicable.
Get your draw
On-site phlebotomy during your visit. Rapid tests (Strep, Flu, COVID) have results in minutes.
Get your results
Results sent to your provider once available. We'll call to discuss anything that needs follow-up.
