What does the program cost?

Three parts. (1) $50 primary care visit — your provider evaluates and creates your plan. (2) Labs if recommended — $100 Standard Health Panel or other labs your provider deems necessary. (3) Medication, monthly — semaglutide $95–$185/month or tirzepatide $170–$425/month, depending on dose. 90-day starter bundles available at a discount. Follow-up visits are billed as standard primary care visits ($50).

Is this the same as Ozempic / Wegovy / Mounjaro / Zepbound?

Same class of medications. We dispense compounded semaglutide (same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy) and compounded tirzepatide (same as Mounjaro and Zepbound) — at a fraction of retail pharmacy cost, with provider oversight included.

How often are visits?

Monthly in the early phase while we titrate your dose, less frequently once you're stable. Each follow-up is billed as a standard $50 primary care visit.

How much does the medication cost?

Priced by compound and dose. Semaglutide ranges from $95/month (entry dose) to $185/month (top dose). Tirzepatide ranges from $170/month to $425/month. Each vial is a 30-day supply. 90-day starter bundles cover the first three dose tiers at a discount — $270 for semaglutide (saves ~$70) or $425 for tirzepatide (saves ~$235). Your provider determines the right dose; most patients start at the entry tier and escalate over 4–16 weeks.
