We see children ages 4 and up at both Stafford and Aldine for sick visits, school and sports physicals, and immunizations. Same-day appointments available; insurance accepted but never required.
What we see kids for.
Sick Visit
Acute illness, infections, fever, cold and flu, strep, and other common childhood concerns. Same-day or next-available appointments.
School Physical
Annual physical required for school enrollment or grade entry. Standard state form completed at the visit and given to your family.
Sports Physical
Pre-participation exam required for school athletics. UIL form completed at the visit and given to your family.
Vaccination / Immunization
Catch-up vaccines and school-required immunizations on schedule.

Book your child's appointment
Schedule online or by phone. Same-day appointments often available for sick visits.
Show up
Bring your child's vaccine record, your ID, method of payment, and insurance card if applicable. For school or sports physicals, bring the form.
See the provider
A licensed physician or nurse practitioner does the exam, fills out any school or UIL forms, or addresses the sick visit.
Walk out with a plan
Prescription written, form filled out, or vaccine given — handled in one visit.
